Our investigative services follow a structured and ethical code of practice that guarantees fairness, integrity, and compliance:

Investigations are completed within 90 calendar days or fewer unless extenuating circumstances arise (e.g., unavailable key witness, large number of witnesses).

  • Investigators are independent, impartial, and not under the supervision of any alleged harasser.

  • Investigations are free of bias, ensuring every party is treated with fairness and respect.

  • All investigations are conducted in strict confidence.

  • Identifying information is only shared when legally required or necessary for a complete investigation.

  • All participants are reminded of confidentiality responsibilities as per the employer’s workplace harassment program.

  • Thorough interviews are conducted with both the complainant and respondent.

  • The respondent is given an opportunity to respond to all allegations.

  • Relevant witnesses are also interviewed to ensure a comprehensive and impartial investigation.

  • All relevant documents are gathered and reviewed.

  • Detailed notes and statements are recorded during every interview.

  • Documentation supports transparency and enables sound conclusions.

  • A detailed written report includes factual findings and a clear conclusion on whether workplace harassment or violations occurred.

  • The report is submitted to the appropriate person within the organization (e.g., employer, supervisor, designated authority).

  • A summary of the investigation findings is shared in writing with both the complainant and the respondent (if they are employees).

  • Note: The results summary is distinct from the full investigation report and focuses on key outcomes and corrective actions.
