This regulation (87/13) is revoked on April 08, 2014. It identifies no worker shall perform work in a construction sector compulsory trade unless the worker holds a certificate of qualification in that trade that is not suspended. Also, no employer shall employ a worker to perform work in a construction sector compulsory trade unless the worker holds a certificate of qualification in that trade.
