New Supervisor / Manager / Employee Training Regulation (297/13) by July 1, 2014
The new legislation requires employers to offer basic safety training for workers, supervisors and certified members effective July 1, 2014.
Training requirements for certain compulsory trades:
This regulation (87/13) is revoked on April 08, 2014. It identifies no worker shall perform work in a construction sector compulsory trade unless the worker holds a certificate of qualification in that trade that is not suspended
