North American Occupational Health and Safety Week (NAOSH): 2012

The North American Occupational Health and Safety Week occurs every year during the first full week of May. It is intended to raise awareness about occupational safety, health and the environment aimed at preventing injuries and illnesses.

NAOSH week will be held from May 6^th – May 12^th, 2012. The goal is to focus employers, employees, partners and the public on the importance of preventing injury and illness in the workplace, at home and in the community.

During NAOSH Week, organizations develop and implement activities throughout North America and worldwide to promote NAOSH Week.
